THE VERY BEGINNING

In full covid time I was in Italy when received this first contact from Shreyansh Dhabriya introducing the factory and telling me if there were possibilities work together.
They came to know about me and my experience of India (16 years of work done also with great companies as IFB as designer and expert of starting up in the field of the modular kitchens) from Mr. Stefano Bottene, Director of Biesse India.
Biesse is an italian brand of machineris for the wood industry that has also a plant in Bangalore, from whom the Dhabriya have bought the new cnc machines of the Dynasty factory.
THE WEBINAR BIESSE
May 9th 2020 H 11.00 AM ST
I was invited from Biesse India to give a lesson under the form of a webinar upon the kitchen industry. We were all in lockdown and they tried to offer anyway a service to all clients closed in home. Shreyansh Dhabriya told me that he was attending the webinar, since has already contacted me, it was an occasion to see me "at work".

Shreyansh Dhabriya had a positive impression and we started planning to work together. I started so, in order not to loose time due to Covid, to work for free with them by zoom call. To work for free in that period, March - October 2020 has been my choice but It was important for me to know them, their actual capacity and the capacity to enter is a logic of "Systematic and controlled approch to the work" that was totally out of their mentality. It was a way to understand if they could achieve the aim.
One hour per day of web connection in which I was teaching to the guys who should have worked with me (Buddhadev, Shreyiansh, Sumit, and Nishant (who is no more employee of the company). And this till the day of my arrival in India.
THE ARRIVAL on October 27th 2020
Arrived in the morning at the Delhi airport I was held in the airport for 4 hours for an additional covid test. I was tested negative and I reached by car my final destination in Jaipur around 8 pm.WHEN I STARTED TO WORK?
Sat. 31 october 2020 - the third day after the arrival, just the time to set up homeAs arrived it was not possibile for me to reach the office because, even if tested covid negative at the airport of Delhi I was obliged to a period of quarantine of two weeks. But anyway I had my laptop and I started preparing the layout of the new office and of the Delhi showroom. In the mail below the mail received with the plan for the office. Note the object: Dynasty Office Layout. (attached the dwg, file in cad). I have all files related to the project for the layout of the office done on those days.
Since the company has suspended my salaries from March, telling that I have been not working since the end of February I am obliged to proof my presence in the company and give evidence that my request makes sense.
MARCH 7th 2022

MARCH 8th - Visit of Mr Madan Mahima Group
I received the visit of Mr Dhirendra Madan, owner of Mahima Group (builders) to our showroom. We had just spoken and I sent him the location. HIs company had already worked with Dynasty but for very budget project so he never came there. This was the first time and I had to sent him location, he came to see my italian kitchens. So we started to work and I had the confirmation of the first luxory project on June the 1st 2022.

last day of Expo Nicoletta Cursi with Mrs Uma Shankari (Chennai) and Mrs Annpurna Rathore
I met Mrs Uma Shankari at the international Milano Expo "I Saloni" almost 10 years ago. We have been working together, she is a very good and reputed retailer of high end furniture (mainly italian importer). She came from Chennai to visit me at the Expo and remained in Jaipur for the day after to discuss about the possibiilty to sell our kitchens in the south, in the Chennai area.

APRIL 11th - THE NIGHT OF THE PRIZE
Designer Nicoletta Cursi and Digvijay Dhabriya on stage receiving the price for best stall in their category.
Prize given from Mr Madan President of Credai and owner of Mahima Group.
The day after the Expo I went to pick up Uma from her Hotel and together we arrived at my office. We started immediately to work on the kitchens collection exploring how we could organize our collaboration at best.
In the afternoon Digvijay Dhabryia wanted us to go in his office but we didnt have the time, Uma wanted to check well the product in the showrrom and checking with me all technical details on my computer.
Finally he came, but he was angry and he behaved very badly with me and Uma. I have understtod after that in his primitive mindset he was feeling "humiliated" by the fact that we refused to go in his office. But we had only to work, there was not the time to show all the Dhabriya properties that were no interesting for Uma Shankari. I don't enter into the details of his behaviour for a matter of elegance, but after the meeting with Dhabriya Uma told me: "that man is indecent".
So I have lost a long term client and a possibile retailer very trusty and clever in Chennai.

Please note that he had sent me also a curriculum to hire a person for my office but i found the profile not useful and I refused (first part of the chat).
If I was not working there, why he should have sent me a curriculum to hire a person to work with me that I should have selected?

MARKETING IN BANGALORE

DHABRIYA POLYWOOD LIMITED is a company that produces doors and windows owned by Digvijay Dhabriya and has branches in Delhi-Gurgaoun and Bangalore.
The name Polywood is also evident in the banner of our stall at the Credai exibition of April. (visible in the video of the TV News posted above in this page)
They were asked to collaborate, as part of the same group owned by Dhabriya, to launch the new line of Montenevoso kitchens and wardobes in the market of Bangalore that was their marketing zone.
In order to do this I should have explained them the new lines of modular furniture designed by me, and for this purpose we have organized zoom call.

Meeting organized by Mr Mathur, the purchase manager of Mahima Group to let me go and visit the site together with Mr. Jitendra Kataria, with the aim of doing our proposal for the kitchens and wardrobes.

THE MISTERY OF THE MUMBAI PROJECT THAT I CALLED MATUNGA
because they didn't want to share the name of the client and the contact and I found this name written on the papers.
The 6 pages A4 printed have been brought in my office from Mr HItesh Agarwal, he gave me those pages asking me to prepare our proposals. There were 2 layout of kitchens , one for 2bhk and the other for 3bhk.
For both I should have done a budget version and luxory one. So I should prepare 4 presentations and quotations. I started working on that very quickly even if I always prefer to speak with architect and builders because people that are not experitise are not able to understand exactly all the details and its normal that we have to change bcause some details was left or not clear.

The project was not sent by me to the client as usual because i didint have the contact. Digvijay Dhabriya came into my office in the late afternoon of the 28 and I sent him directly the 4 presentations in pdf that he could send to the client.

I was not well beacuse of a heat stroke and I needed to rest. It was very hot in those days. Also Ravi called me to ask if i needed some help.
15 JUNE
He sent me the contact of mr Anand Mishra in order to send the offer (Trimurty ; Arabella Project mentioned above) He asked me to fix a meeting.

ONLY SINCE SATURDAY 18 JUNE I AM NOT GOING IN OFFICE.
Since, service of notice dated 17th June upon Dynasty Modular Furnitures Pvt. Ltd. demanding payment of my unpaid 5 months Salary was served by my Advocate Mrs. Suruchi Kasliwal Multani on Friday the 17th June itself, I was not feeling safe to go to the office on 18th June.
Without paying my salary and despite me continuing in the Company's employment, Company changed password to my personal company's email address: nicoletta@dynastyfurnitures.com on 19th June
On 21st June, Ravi Shah, wrote to me that they have deleted that email address because it is already 4 months that I have not been working with the Company. Its so incredible and so sad, to see all these colleagues scared and obliged to act in this manner intending to cheat my hard-earned salary from me.
Anyway, at present June 24 I am still formally part of the company as neither have I resigned nor the company has ever served me with the termination notice. The interruption in my service has also been caused by the Company and not me by sending the response dated June 21st through Ravi wrongly convening that I have not been working.
There was no scope of termination of my services since I have been working continuously as gets revealed from the above.
